The Capacity Institutionalization Project (CIP) of CWS-P/A is organizing two 2-days trainings on ⒠ ¼Organizational Culture and Structures ⒠ ½ at two different locations as per the schedule below:
Islamabad: December 3rd-4th, 2013
Hyderabad: January 22nd-23rd, 2014
This 2-day workshop aims to orient the participants with the basic notions of culture, and the core concept of organizational structure as well as its various models. It will help participants to re-conceptualize what is an ideal structure and culture for their organizations and how to establish them. It will also help them assess their own strengths and weaknesses of their organizational culture/structure, and analyze how to make changes according to their needs.
National and International level NGOs and religious bodies are welcome to apply.

Please ensure to mail back the filled form with complete information by November 23rd, 2013 for Islamabad and January 10th, 2014 for Hyderabad.
