HELP Foundation in collaboration with Oxfam Novib is looking for Human Resource /Team Members for
the Humanitarian Capacity Building Program of Oxfam Novib for its Partners in Pakistan, the objective of
the program is to enhance the effectiveness and widen the impact of the Partner’s humanitarian response
and program development initiatives in Pakistan. To achieve this object Human Resource for the following
Islamabad based positions is required:

 Job Descriptions * Develop a resource mobilization strategy in consultation with the General Manager RM.
* Identify funding opportunities and prepare proposals, concept notes and necessary program documents.
* Work with the GM and other program staff to prepare for project proposals, evaluate the proposals, and provide technical assistance for development of proposals.
* Organize briefings to present program progress to the concerned officials.
* Networking and partnership developments for resource mobilization.
* Coordinate efforts to ensure the timely delivery of qualitative donor and other official reporting.
* Prepare inputs to RM policy papers, briefing, visuals and presentations.
* Collaborate in fundraising events and opportunities with GM RM.
* Ensure preparation of program related meeting reports and appropriate follow up actions.
* Participate in potential RM related meetings and events.
* Maintain project tracking system and ensure all donor funding
* requirements are met. Submit monthly, quarterly and annually reports of respective assignments to the General Manager RM.
* Other duties as assigned by the supervisor for the best of the organization.
* Excellent reporting & writing skills.
* Flexible with travelling
* Good Computer skills.
