ADMINISTRATIVE JOBS
 
1. MANAGER FINANCE:
The
candidates should be ICA, ICMA or MBA with major in finance from a renowned
Institution with 15 years working experience, out of which at least 5 years in
senior management position with reputed organization. Selected candidates will
be responsible to deal with banks and commercial institutions, insurance,
assets payroll arrangements, including accounting, treasury, taxation,
budgeting, financial planning and reporting activities of an established
organization. Hospital experience in a similar role will be preferred.
 
 
2. MANAGER PROCUREMENT:
Minimum
qualification is graduation from a renowned Institution with 15 years working
experience, out of which at least 5 years in senior management position with
reputed organization. Selected candidates will manage and support the
tendering, logistics and shipping process, review cost effectiveness, solicit
bids, negotiate with suppliers and be responsible for negotiating various types
of agreement for purchases of equipments and services and will also be involved
in selecting vendors and helping to implement suppliers performance. Hospital
experience in a similar role will be preferred.
 
 
3. MANAGER MARKETING RESOURCE MOBILIZATION:
The
candidates should be MBA with major in marketing from a renowned Institution
with 5 years working experience with reputed organization. Selected candidates
will be responsible for marketing plan budget, strategic planning market
research, resource mobilization, corporate communication, planning organization
of awareness programs / events. NGO's or hospital experience in a similar role
will be preferred.
 
4. BIOMEDICAL OFFICERS:
Candidates
should have passed BS or 3 years diploma in Biomedical with 3-5 years relevant
experience. Hospital experience will be preferred.
 
 
5. COUNTER CASHIERS:
Candidates
should be Commerce Graduate and have good interpersonal relation / computer
skills. Hospital experience in a similar role will be preferred.
 
6. RECEPTIONIST:
Minimum
qualification Graduation, have good verbal ability, communication / computer
skills, etc. Hospital experience in a similar role will be preferred. Females
are encouraged to apply.
 
 
7. STORE CLERK:
Minimum
qualification Intermediate have good computer knowledge. Graduate and
experience in relevant field will be preferred.
 
 
MEDICAL PARAMEDICAL JOBS
 
 
1. RESIDENCY PROGRAM IN NEPHROLOGY:
2
years PG training in medicine is mandatory.  R-I salary Rs.45,000/- Post
FCPS-II in internal medicine salary Rs.63,000/-. Those who have passed
Intermediate Module or FCPS in Internal Medicine will be preferred.
 
2. SENIOR MEDICAL OFFICERS FOR DIALYSIS UNIT:
Applicants
should have atleast 2 years hospital experience in a Dialysis Unit.
 
3. SENIOR MEDICAL OFFICERS FOR ICU / EMERGENCY:
Applicants
should have atleast 5 years of hospital experience with minimum 2 years in ICU
/ Emergency preferably in a renal hospital. Skill in Intubating Patients and
Central Line Insertion are essential.
 
4. MEDICAL OFFICERS FOR DIALYSIS UNIT:
Minimum
1 year working experience (post house job) is required in Medicine or Allied.
 
5. MEDICAL OFFICERS FOR LITHOTRIPSY (FULL / PART
TIME):
Applicants
should have Basic Ultrasound Course and minimum 1 year experience with a
reputable hospital and good general knowledge in Litho procedures. Experience in
renal will be preferred.
 
6. MEDICAL OFFICERS UROLOGY:
Minimum
1 year working experience (post house job) is required in Surgery.
 
7. MEDICAL OFFICERS PEADIATRIC (NEPHROLOGY):
Minimum
1 year working experience in Peadiatrics (post house job) is required. 
 
8. INCHARGE PHARMACY:
Candidates
should be Pharm-D or B-Pharmacy qualified with 5 years or more experience as
Incahrge. (Salary based on experience qualification). Candidates should have
good team leading skills and ability to train and motivate the pharmacy team.
 
9. STAFF NURSES: 
Diploma
in Nursing and PNC Registration is mandatory. Minimum 1 year working experience
required. The candidates who have passed BscN will be preferred.
 
10. TRAINING PROGRAM FOR DIALYSIS TECHNICIAN (MALE /
FEMALE):
Course
Duration: 1½ years, Age: 18 - 22 years, Minimum Qualification: Matric Science
with 65% aggregate marks (preferred intermediate + Grade-A).
 
11. TRAINING PROGRAM FOR BIOMEDICAL:
Course
Duration: 1 Year, Stipend: Rs.5000/- per month, Age: 21- 26 years.
Minimum
Qualification: BS or Three Years Diploma in Electronics, Biomedical
Instrumentation.

Main Tasks and
Responsibilities
ü  Ensure achievement of program outputs as per approved work
plans, successful implementation and reporting by sub recipients and WEG in
line with program timelines.
ü  To ensure all learnings are incorporated as a result of
effective project monitoring & evaluation
ü  To design and implement Monitoring & Evaluation systems and
tools as per project LFA's for the ongoing review of projects, using approved
indicators and targets, to measure progress and make recommendations for
improvement.
ü  To assist Manager Monitoring & Evaluation for activity
wise, monthly and quarterly reporting, Support the regular data collection,
conduct analysis of data and prepare reports in collaboration with project
managers, Provide support in reporting program outputs and activities to
required bodies, coordination groups, and other requesting organizations. Some
daily, others weekly, bi-weekly, monthly.
ü  To conduct field surveys and physical activity Monitoring &
Evaluation, Ensure effective implementation of baseline and other surveys, such
as project reviews, and midterm and end-of-project reviews. Actively support
design and implementation of Assessments, Surveys and Evaluations (internal and
external).
ü  Ensure effective program documentation and timely preparation
of quality report;
ü  The incumbent shall ensure that all program obligations are
realized, accounted for, documented and reported.
ü  Develop project plan and integrate activities within the
project cycle. Support projects in the revision of work plans and strategies. 
ü  Build the capacity of the project project staff to effectively
introduce and maintain the quality, timelines and financial considerations as
agreed with project sponsors
ü  Build the capacity of the project staff involved in monitoring,
evaluation, and data collection. This includes initiating, organizing,
participating in, and/or conducting training sessions and evaluation workshops. 
ü  Ensure compliance with the requirements of the reporting
systems for preparing project reports as per the Donor formats/requirements.
ü  Prepare for presentation and distribution to stakeholders:
data, lessons learned, best practices, and the statistical, qualitative, and
anecdotal evidence provided by the project activities.
ü  Write a variety of documents and analytical reports, e.g. data
summaries, workshop reports, etc.
ü  Build and maintain positive relationships with all members of staff,
and contacts within and outside the project.
ü  Undertake any other duties as may be requested from time to
time.
ü  Participate in the monitoring and evaluation component of the
annual budget of projects funded through the project.

ü  Establish comprehensive MEL functions in WEG and for projects

ü  Ensure evaluation of 70% events on a random basis.
ü  Establish a knowledge management system in WEG and documents
all leanings.
ü  Develop database/IT solution for M&E.
ü  Assist in studies and research initiatives.
 
Skills and competence
ü  5-8 years of social development experience with fair exposure
to monitoring & evaluation practices.
ü  MBA/ Masters in Economics, Statistics/Communications/Social
Sciences/Arts.
ü  Ability to design Monitoring & Evaluation systems and
tools.
ü  Exposure to conducting baseline, mid- term and end line project
evaluations Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills required to train / coach staff and give
occasional presentations.
ü  Excellent written communication skills.
ü  Strong analytical skills including
analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data.
ü  Excellent organizational and time
management skills required to meet deadlines.
ü  Ability to work independently and as
part of a team.
ü  Good understanding of Result Based Monitoring and Evaluation
