Job Description of Outlet Coordinator:
Outlet coordinator has a daily task of supervising or overseeing retail store or outlet. Their concern is mainly focused on the management of outlet, direct indirect sales, orders management, stock, and outlet staff as well as resources management.
The duties of outlet coordinator includes:
•Develop and maintain cataloging, outlet stock control, outlet inventory, consignment and sales reporting systems for all work produced.
• Hitting sales targets and maximizing profitability,
• Planning of taking client orders and supply management,
• Production supervision for timely completion of orders.
• Budget management,
• supervising outlet staff,
• Keep business and statistical records,
• Marketing and promoting the business,
• Resolving customer complaints and queries,
• Setup promotional displays and materials, and
• Make sure that the business is in compliance with safety and health regulations.
The responsibilities of outlet coordinator all boils down to maximizing profit while keeping costs at bay.
Aside from ensuring the accuracy of promotions and whether they are at par with company standards, outlet coordinator have to deal with human resources, logistics, customer service, information technology as well as finance.
