Zia Banday's profile:  Zia is an Investment Banker with a passion for activism. He took early retirement from Pakistan Navy to join the financial sector. During his corporate career, he has been involved in primary and secondary segments of the capital markets. He has also undertaken consulting assignments of multilateral agencies. An MBA by qualification, he is presently heading a business department of a Development Finance Institution. Beside professional commitments, he has been pursuing an activist role by supporting libertarian ideas for social and economic development. Zia has been engaged in conducting workshops, participating in international conferences and writing articles.
