*Introduction:*
Participatory Agribusiness Company [PAC] is a registered limited company
with Board of Directors belong to local communities especially women. PAC
is engaged in marketing of agriculture produces, sell of standard
agriculture inputs to the farmers and provision of microcredit to poorest
of poor women farmers in Sindh. The company has its office in Mirpur Sakro
District Thatta.
*Job Descriptions:*
Following are the roles and responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer for
Participatory Agribusiness Company.
· Leading the management and financial team of the company
· Leading the planning and implementation process in marketing of
the vegetables and fruits from with purchasing the produce from the growers
and marketing in the major markets of Pakistan
· Leading the planning and implementation process of bulk
procurement storage of agriculture produces and sell to the farmers through
cash and credit
· Leading the planning and implementation process of micro credit
to women farmers of Sindh initialing starting from Thatta District
· Development the systems of the company including financial
systems, sale and microcredit systems through latest software
· Build the capacities of Cooperative Societies and members of the
societies who are the main clients of the company

*Qualification and experience *
MBA or MSc [Agriculture] with the experience of leading any company or
working at least second in command in any company for at least three years
