Project Manager – 01 Position
Islamabad Based
Qualifications & Experience:
 
Master's Degree in public health.  At least seven years of work experience of which at least three years in a senior management role. Experience working with an INGO and previous experience in managing maternal, neonatal and child health programs is a must. Experience in implementation of advocacy programs is desirable while previous experience with a variety of donors will be an added advantage. Excellent report writing skills required. Track record of maintaining liaison with governmental and non-governmental partners. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
 
 
Responsibilities / Duties:
 
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management, planning, monitoring & supervision and reporting of the project. Under supervision of Director of Health Programs, the incumbent will provide technical support and guidance to project team for implementing program activities; preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports; and developing and following M&E Plans. The incumbent, in consultation with the Director of Health Programs, will be responsible for maintaining close liaison with provincial Departments of Health, RAF and other stakeholders. S/he will carry-out regular monitoring visits of the project sites, provide on-site technical support and will ensure quality, validity and timeliness of reports in accordance with MC and donor guidelines and requirements. The Project Manager will be responsible for following Mercy Corps' minimum standards for Program Management, and will adhere to Mercy Corps safety and security protocols.
 
 
 
Project Officer – 01 Position
Islamabad Based
Qualifications & Experience:
 
Master's Degree in social development or related fields.  At least five years of work experience. Experience working with an INGO and previous experience in managing maternal, neonatal and child health programs and trainings/orientations will be an asset. Experience in devising and implementation of training plans is desirable. Excellent report writing skills required. Track record of maintaining liaison with governmental and non-governmental partners. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluency in local languages will be an asset. Demonstrated understanding of complex emergencies, related security concerns and appropriate responses with experience in insecure environments. Demonstrated attention to detail, following procedures, meeting deadlines and working and problem-solving independently and cooperatively. Effective verbal and written communication and experience of Microsoft Office applications.
 
Responsibilities / Duties:
 
Project Officer is responsible for planning and implementation of the orientation meetings under the extended tenure of the project in Balochistan and AJK province. S/he will be making the overall logistics, arrangements, nomination with health department for the meetings and reporting the orientation activities as or when conducted according to the donor requirements. The incumbent will maintain close liaison with relevant governmental departments and will also oversee the proper implementation and completion of the orientation meetings plan in the target districts of Balochistan and AJK at the provincial level. S/he will conduct regular visits to the field and will conduct the target trainings. S/he will be responsible for preparing project reports and submitting to the Project Manager.
 
 
Provincial Advocacy Coordinator – 02 Positions
Lahore & Muzaffarabad Based
Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in implementation of advocacy programs is desirable. Excellent report writing skills required. Track record of maintaining liaison with governmental and non-governmental partners. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluency in local languages is must.
 
 
Responsibilities / Duties:
 
 
Project Advocacy Coordinator is responsible for planning and implementation of the project in their respective province in Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) and Punjab. The incumbent will maintain close liaison with relevant governmental departments and will oversee the implementation of the project at provincial  level in (AJK) & Punjab and district (Muzaffarabad)  and Lahore . In this regard, s/he will coordinate closely with Project Manager based in Islamabad. S/he will be responsible for preparing project reports and submitting to the supervisor and Project Manager. Responsible for the overall management, planning, monitoring & supervision and reporting of the project level in close coordination with Project Manager and will provide technical support and guidance for implementing program activities in their respective regions.
 
 
 
District Advocacy Coordinator– 02 Positions
       Mirpur & Muzaffarabad Based
 
Qualifications & Experience:

Responsibilities / Duties:
 
The overall job responsibility is to coordinate and report the implementation of all project activities in accordance with project guidelines at the district/sub-district level. S/he will be responsible to develop detailed implementation plan for smooth and timely implementation of the project activities at districts in consultation with Project Officer . S/he will assist Project Officer in identifying Skilled Birth Attendant (SBAs) for conducting SBAs trainings at the district level in close coordination with health department.. S/he will maintain liaison, effective cooperation and communication between the project provincial office and the district departments of Health, to obtain their support as required for implementation of project activities. Ensure proper record keeping and maintain inventory at district level.
 
 
Project Assistant – 01 Position
Islamabad Based
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor degree in Social Sciences or equivalent. At least three years of field experience in the Social or Development Sector, preferably two of these years should be with an NGO/INGO. Good communication skills. Excellent data management experience and skills required. Must be fluent in Urdu and English; fluency in local languages will be a plus. Computer Proficiency: MS WORD (Advanced user), MS EXCEL (Advanced user), MS OUTLOOK (Working Knowledge).
 
Responsibilities / Duties:
S/he will be responsible to maintain program and financial records and provide administrative support to the team in implementation of program activities. Organize advocacy events as required.  Keep track of the budget and ongoing purchases, maintain and update files/records of the project documents e.g. reports, meeting minutes etc. Ensure necessary arrangements for meeting, training, workshops, and seminars at Provincial level.  Follow all  MC SOPs on Safety and Security while conducting the activities

Responsibilities/Duties:
Project Officer is responsible for planning and implementation of the project at provincial and district level in Balochistan province. The incumbent will maintain close liaison with relevant government departments and will  be responsible  for the implementation of the project activities  at pronvicial and district level in  accordance with project guidelines.  S/he will be responsible for preparing project reports and submitting to the supervisor and  Senior Technical Advisor.
 
 
Procurement Supervisor (01 Position)
Quetta   based
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate from recognized unversity. At least three years experience of  procurements. Must have demonstrated understanding of procurement ethics, must be able to work independently, show initiative and  prioritize. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluency in local languages will be an asset. Demonstrated attention to follow procurement procedures, meeting deadlines, problem-solving independently and cooperatively. Effective verbal and written communication and experience of Microsoft Office applications.
 
Responsibilities/Duties:
The Procurement Supervisor is responsible to maintain the paper work and procurement operation as per policy and procedure of the organization. Implement of all approved procurement policies and procedures in coordination with the operation, finance and administration personnel and in consultation with all Program Managers and key staff.
