*Priority to the candidates who are available in Saudi Arabia with
transferable Iqama. Visas can be arranged for highly qualified Architects
as below;*
*Candidate must have Bachelor degree in Architectural and minimum 3 years
experience in similar High Speed/Metro Rail projects and overall minimum 10
years experience as Site Inspection Architect. *
*Candidate can prepare, review and implement the Architectural Shop
drawings, Work Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans, Inspection
Checklists, for all architectural activities and can perform Inspection for
Incoming Materials and site Installations like;*
*GRP Roofing, Anti Glare, Roof S/S Ceiling, GRC Roofing, Gypsum Dray wall
lining, Glass Partitions, Raised flooring, Painting activities, Facade
Curtain Glass walls, Precast and Glass Balustrades, Finishing of white
concrete, High Quality Wood works, Floor and wall tiles, Granite flooring
and cladding etc.*
