certified by Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) and tax exempted by Income tax department of government of Pakistan. 
HANDS has qualified the Institutional Management Certification Program (IMCP) of USAID for management standards. HANDS

Academic Qualification M.A/M.Sc Social Sciences/ Mass 
Communication/English/Linguistics 
Experience 3-5 YEARS IN DEVELOPMENT SECTOR 
Additional Skills (PPM)  Supervise the organization's graphic design needs 
including coordination with external designers 
and agencies. 
 Arrange for photography of organization events 
and meetings. 
 Plan, coordinate and edit HANDS monthly 
newsletter. 
 Content writing for banners, charts, pamphlets, 
brushers and other communication tools. 
 Coordination with District offices in collecting and 
distributing ICR data. 
 Compile department progress reports regularly 
and timely. 
 Develop Concept notes for the events with 
support of GM ICR 
 To establish excellent working relationships with 
the other program/project staff. 
 Gather press clippings and file them accurately. 
 Collaborate with the General Manager and 
Manager in meeting all program objectives 
effectively and efficiently. 
 Excellent communication & writing skills. 
 Computer skills.
