Education Promoter 1 position (Female)
Based at: Badin
Reports to: Project Manager
Person Specification:
Graduation Degree in Sociology, Social Science or related discipline however Masters will be
preferred.
Candidates with Professional Degrees in education; M.Ed or B.Ed are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated experience of 2 – 3 years of social mobilization preferably in Education
component.
Excellent understanding of Educational related concepts and issues prevailing in education
Pro-active, persuasive, negotiator and willing to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
Ability to work under stress, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Knowledge of local language.
Sound presentation and report writing skills.
Local candidate will be preferred.
