Required Technical Support Engineer
CTTC looking for a Technical Support Engineer. Resource will be responsible for taking care of Desktops, LAN & Internet Issues:
Support Engineer will be performing following Work Activities:
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Troubleshooting system and network problems , diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
Replacing parts as required.
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Testing and evaluating new technology.
Required Qualifications:
Must be Computer Science Graduate
Must be certified on Microsoft Technologies
