Seminar on "Environmental Issues in Sindh" in SALU Khairpur 19th

Sindh Green Environmental Forum (SGEF) is pleased to announce we are organising One day seminar on 19th December, 2013 in Allama I. I. Qazi Hall, Shah Abdul Latif Univeristy Khairpur on "Environmental Issues in Sindh". All scholars, scientists, intellectuals, civil society members, direct or indirect stake-holders and students are cordially invited to attend this seminar and make it a success. We hope this seminar shall pave the way for our international conference on same topic planned in March/April 2014. See the attachment for brochure and invitation of the seminar.

     At least 2x years of relevant experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

General Responsibilities:

1.      To adapt to the changing environment of NGO sector and forces of the competitive world.
2.      To maintain constructive, purposeful, trust based and sincere relations with all colleagues working above or under whether directly or indirectly associated.
3.      To continuously upgrade own knowledge, skills, attitude and application to become more valuable member of MAP family.
4.      To update management and other concerned with any development, internal or external, which can be of help to improve quality, provide better services and effectiveness and efficiency.
5.      To participate in all meetings, committees, forums, projects and assignments as required and expected.
6.      To continuously think for betterment of MAP, its progress and its ability to fulfill its mission.
7.      To maintain highest standards of honesty and integrity in all disciplines.

Major Responsibilities:

8.      Preparation and updating of monthly project budget sheets;
9.      Handling of office petty cash;
10. Preparation of petty cash payments and posting in FEZ;
11. Submission of weekly withholding income tax statement of supplier and contractors;
12. Submission of monthly withholding tax statement of income tax on salaries and  withholding sales tax;
13. Assist accounts manager in project reporting
14. Follow up with banks for account balance update, bank statements, accounts opening and other matters.
15. Proper filling and tagging of accounts documents;
16. Updating of Budget Variance Sheet and incorporating the adjustments as suggested by the management.
17. Checking and verification of project expenses received from site offices.
18. Posting of project expenses in FEZ;
19. Assist accounts manager and accounts officer in bank account opening;
20. Assist in audits, assessments and spot checks conducted by donors and external auditors;
21. Any Other Task given by Manager
