Required District Coordinator for Larkana District

Mathini Women Development Organization (MWDO), Larkana is an independent,
non-partisan and a non-for-profit civil society organization working on
different social and cultural issues in Sindh. MWDO has current job opening
for its project Supporting Transparency, Accountability and Electoral
Processes in Pakistan (STAEP).

Perceived to be neutral and non-partisan in their community.

Pakistani national fluent in written and spoken English, Urdu and regional
language.

Preferably Master's Degree in the Social Sciences.

At least 3 years of work experience.

Expert knowledge of Pakistani politics and election systems at the
national, provincial and local levels.

Fluent in standard computer programs, including Online applications,
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and excellent typing skills in
English.

Demonstrated self-initiative, ability to lead a highly-productive team, and
ability to work to tight deadlines and under time pressure.

Proven commitment to non-violence and fundamental democratic values.

Familiarity with producing written reports on a computer and using email.
