Need help regarding CCE

Dear CABNET members

 I need help regarding CCE exam, in th optional papers group C comrises various subjects, Sr.no 24 Chemistry and also (a) geology, what it means? either we have to select chemistry or geology or Both are nessecory? and History of Sindhi literature's paper will be in Sindhi or english?
