*Key Responsibilities:*
To maintain and implement QMS procedures.****
Manage a team of QAQC staff to ensure all procedures are being implemented
and maintained in line with****
the latest ISO standards and specific project requirements****
Carry out audits on suppliers and sub-contractors within our supply chain.**

Check and prepare Inspection Requests for all materials & equipment related
to MEP products****
Check and prepare Inspection Requests for all installation and testing
related to MEP installation.****
Supports the project teams in developing method statements and ITP’s.****
Prepare monthly QMS reports for Senior Management review.****
Provide advice, guidance and training in all matters related to QMS.****
*Job Requirements*
Must have degree qualified with overseas experience preferred.****
Minimum 8 to 10 years relevant experience with 3 to 5 years QAQC experience
in the Petrochemical/ Oil & Gas****
construction industry****

*Key Responsibilities: *****
Monitor site progress against constructional periodic programmes in
consultation with Construction Engineers. ****
Preparation of variances for different phases of project. ****
Implement Earned Value Analysis techniques. ****
Regular progress monitoring on site of actual progress for all disciplines.
****
Prepare and update record of marked drawings for actual progress monitoring
in coordination with construction engineer. ****
Record of actual progress against target programme. ****
Predict completion dates and prepare “Look-ahead” reports. ****
Preparation of Sub Contractor programmes. ****
Monitor subcontract work against programmes. ****
Report on subcontract progress. ****
Prepare, monitor and revise working programmes for Design, Procurement,
Construction and Commissioning activities. ****
Preparation of delay assessment sheets. ****
Daily updating of several registers such as EOT Claims, Drawings Registers,
Event Logs or any other register as instruct by management. ****
Preparation of entitlement programmes for EOT Claims based on issued Delay
Notices. ****
Preparation of Progress Reports and S-Curves. ****
Prepare and update all project logs EI’s, RFIs, IR’s, Shop Drawings,
Procurement Schedule, EOT Claims log or any other logs as instructed by the
management. ****
Assist Project Manager and Planning & Cost Control Manager in the
preparation of MEP construction programme. ****
Any other project related work assigned by Project Manager and Planning &
Cost Control Manager. ****

Must have degree qualified with overseas experience preferred. ****
Minimum 5 years relevant experience with 2 years planning experience in
Petrochemical / Oil / Gas / Building Services Construction industry. ****
Must be independent, resourceful and good team player. ****
Good initiative, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. ****
Able to use Primavera P6 on advance level ****
Able to use MS-Office package especially MS-Excel on advance level. ****
Able to write clear and concise technical reports for the management. ****

Ensure emergency response procedures are available and up to date.****
Undertake corrective and preventive measures to ensure a proper environment
and health for all employees.****
Assist in the training of safety personnel.****
Establish and maintain a system incident reporting, investigation and close
out procedures.****
Monitor and Investigate reportable accidents and maintain AFR’s.****
Assist in the preparation of project Site Safety Management Plans when
required****
*Job Requirements*
Must have NEBOSH/ OSHA certification, degree qualified with overseas
experience preferred.****
Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in HSE roles within the Oil & Gas
Industry.****
Must be independent, resourceful, and good team player****
Good initiative, interpersonal and communication skills. ****
