Job Opportunity in the HR Department

The UBL Fund Managers is looking for a result-oriented, proactive and
experienced team player for the position in the HR Department.

The prime responsibilities of this post would be but not limited to:

· Manage the entire recruitment portfolio of the organization and
to develop and execute recruitment plans according to recruitment manuals.

· Responsible for creating and maintaining the job description for
existing and new positions.

· Practical exposure of exploring & attracting qualified candidates
through different and new recruitment avenues and to maintain an active and
organized data bank of applicants for various positions.

· Responsible for designing & developing company policies while
keeping HR best practices and industry benchmarks in view

· Maintain all applicant & interview data in the Human Resources
Management System (HRMS) & utilizing e-recruitment module

· Responsible for performing reference & background checks for
potential employees

· Responsible for conducting Employee Orientation presentation &
Employee Confirmation presentation as and when required

Ideal candidate must have MBA/Master Degree (preferably in HR) from HEC
recognized university/institute or equivalent degree. At least 2 to 3 years
of relevant experience in managing recruitment portfolio would be
preferred.
