Take Decisions After Proper Inquiry - Continuation towards Job appli

In continuation to my article yesterday on basically how to make an
application for a Job.

I was reading this book today and came across a short funny passage, I feel
I should share this with all as this will make sense in the limelight that
we often take decisions in the spur of the moment and do not properly
Inquire about the facts of the matter. Applying or Accepting a Job Offer,
and dangerously accepting to leave one job for another.... all are
decisions that need to be well sought after.

*Title Decisions After Proper Inquiry:*

Late one stormy night a physician was aroused from sleep by a farmer who
lived several miles away in the village. The stingy farmer first inquired
how much the doctor charged for a home visit to his village. "Five-Hundred
Rupees", snapped the Doctor, impatient that the fellow would bargain under
such circumstances.

Thereupon, the farmer urged him to drive to his home immediately. So the
doctor dressed and drove with the farmer to his house with as much speed as
the muddy, slippery roads permitted. As soon as they stopped in front of
his house, the farmer stepped out of the car, took Five-Hundred rupees from
his pocket and handed this to the doctor.

"But where is my patient?" demanded the physician, the Farmer replied...

*The Query:* What was the farmers reply?

*The Answer:* "There is no patient. The taxi drivers demanded a thousand
rupees," said the crafty farmer.

*The Message:* This is an instance where a decision is taken without
proper inquiry throughly before venturing into anything.

Warm Regards,
