Jobs at Hamdam Foundation "Trainee Loan Officers"

Hamdam Foundation (HF)
is a non-profit & non-governmental organization working for Poverty
Alleviation and Rural Development through  Enterprise Development  Programme , TVET training courses , Quality
education  through its funded
schools  and environment conservation
activities. Hamdam Foundation is currently seeking to appoint following
positions  at its Head Office in
Hyderabad for Enterprise Development Programme:

1. Trainee Loan
Officer:(Position: Four , 2
male and 2 female)

Main Task and Responsibilities:

1) Assist Loan officer in approve loans
within specified limits, and refer loan applications outside those limits to
management for approval.

2) Assist Loan officer in meetings with
applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions
about the process.

3) Assist Loan officer in analyzing
applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine
feasibility of granting loans.

4) Explain to customers the different
types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of
those services.

5) Obtain and compile copies of loan
applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other
financial information.

6) Review and update credit and loan
files.

7) Review loan agreements to ensure that
they are complete and accurate according to policy.

8) Compute payment schedules.

9) Submit applications to Loan officer
for verification and recommendation.

10) Handle customer complaints and take
appropriate action to resolve them.

11) Work with clients to identify their
financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goals.

12) Confer with underwriters to aid in resolving
mortgage application problems.

13) Negotiate payment arrangements with
customers who have delinquent loans.

14) Market bank products to individuals
and firms, promoting bank services that may meet customers' needs.

15) Assist Loan officer in in supervising  loan personnel.

16) Set credit policies, credit lines,
procedures and standards in conjunction with Branch managers.

17) Arrange for maintenance and
liquidation of delinquent properties.

18) Interview, hire, and train new
employees.

I tried so many times to convert my CGPA to ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) but I am not cleared. I have to apply for PHD in UK.

Suppose my CGPA is 3.06, how I'll convert to ECTS?
