Call for Application"Youth for Peace 2013"

International Institute of Peace Studies (IIPS) (formerly â€œYouth Coordination Center Internationalâ€ , YCCI) in cooperation with ARFÂ â€“ AMAN calls for the application for Youth for Peace (YFP) to be held in Bangkok, Thailand from 12th- 18th December 2013.

The deadline for the application will be on November 15th. No applications will be accepted after this date.
IIPS does not provide airfare expenses, successful candidates will be responsible for their air fare. Local Transportation, accommodations and foods during the training are covered by IIPS.

Any literary magazine for beginners?

Please tell me if there is any literary magazine (preferably in English language) in Pakistan which publishes emerging writers. I am looking for any such magazine which encourages beginners and provides them with an opportunity to enter into the world of literature.
